The hiring range for this opportunity is $84,000 to $115,000 annual salary along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. POSITION SUMMARY: The Agricultural Industry Specialist III will work under the supervision of the Agricultural Industries Manager. The incumbent is responsible for giving technical advice and support to the bank’s agricultural lenders and Credit Administration. The Agricultural Industry Specialist III must possess a strong background and broad understanding of the agricultural industry. The incumbent is responsible for collecting data and analyzing information for the purpose of creating operating budgets, conducting crop and water analysis, and making industry commodity price recommendations, conducting agricultural real estate evaluations, physical inspection of land, crops and livestock collateral and assessing ag processor businesses.
