Reports to: Director, Corporate Communications: Department: Marketing and Communications: 8x8's Senior Manager of Internal Narrative and Executive Communications owns the strategic narrative infrastructure that keeps employees, managers, and executives aligned around one platform story – through transformation, through change, and through the moments that matter most. From company updates to executive messaging to All Hands – they make sure the right story reaches the right people at the right time. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and leadership communication – ensuring the company moves forward with one clear narrative.
