Implementation and Transformation Analyst

Job description

Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation. Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution. May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance. Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations. - Semi-independently leads small customer implementations and projects. - Supports other analysts on large client implementations. - Assembles total solution offerings, statements of work and other requirements necessary to fulfill sales proposals. - Reviews customer requests against requirement specifications. - Works with customers to develop an implementation project plan, including schedule, responsibilities, deliverables and terms of acceptance. - Ensures that all project team members understand DN policies, standards and procedures. - Provides clients with regular implementation updates. - Follows define...
