Description $36.75/hr. and a Free YMCA Membership Temporary Position During the Summer (Late June to Middle of August) Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm Time Range Under the guidance of the Camp Director, the Instructional Coach is responsible to provide individualized support and feedback to classroom teachers and teaching assistants to improve overall instruction in ELA and math and student engagement and achievement. The summer learning program is designed to address summer learning loss for low-income children living in urban communities and thereby enhance overall youth development, academic performance, and graduation rates. This position models YMCA leadership competencies and fosters a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting the mission and strategic priorities of the YMCA of Greater Rochester.
