Accountant London Bridge: £35,000 - £36,500 Would you like to join Hyde as an Accountant? An Exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join Hyde’s Group Financial Control team. This role within finance plays a key role in managing fixed assets, capital accounting, property finance and development schemes. What you’ll be doing: - Maintaining the Housing Property Fixed Asset Register - Managing depreciation, capital investment and stock renewals - Accounting for property sales, disposals and shared ownership staircasing - Supporting development accounting, grants and financial controls - Preparing management accounts, reconciliations and audit support - Assisting with statutory reporting and regulatory returns What we’re looking for: - ACCA, CIMA, ACA qualification (or part-qualified/equivalent experience) - Experience in capital accounting, fixed assets or housing/property finance - Technical accounting knowledge - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Experience managing complex financial data and controls Why join Hyde ?: Joining Hyde means becoming part of an organisation with both scale and purpose.
