Program Manager III, Change Governance, Google Data Centers

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience with change governance including workflows, processes, documentation, and mapping. - Experience using data analytics to quantify program performance. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience with change governance in data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, aerospace, or power utilities. - Experience with change governance software tools for intake, review, approval, documentation, communication, and metrics. - Experience expanding localized workflows into global standardized processes that can handle significant increases in volume. - Ability to maintain project momentum and make sound decisions despite shifting priorities, incomplete requirements, or evolving business directions.
