Job Description: Location: Pasadena, CA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days/week in office) Compensation: Base salary range: $169,100 – $217,400 FLSA Status: Full-time Role Overview: Parsons is seeking a Senior Supervising Engineer / Civil Design Discipline Lead to join our Los Angeles area team and lead civil design for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will serve as the civil lead on multiple concurrent major projects, overseeing design delivery and a team of civil engineers and designers. Projects include water and wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, pumping stations, and related site infrastructure for public clients across the region.
