Job description

The Captain-In-Charge (CIC) is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of the riverboat in compliance with all applicable regulatory agency regulations year-round, completing quarterly inspections and having the riverboat fully ready for ABS Consulting. Inc.’s annual and semi-annual inspections. CIC should always be professional and possess good communication skills. CIC must display integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment. Provides extraordinary guest service, positively effects interactions with external and internal guests and employees and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers. Adheres to and enforces compliance with all regulations established by Louisiana State Police Gaming Division, United States Coast Guard, ABS Consulting, Inc. and other applicable agencies pertaining to riverboat gaming and riverboat operations while adhering to the policies and procedures set forth by Horseshoe Bossier City and Caesars Entertainment.
