Complex Behavioural Disability Support Worker At Therapy Care we are a people first business. We empower individuals living with disabilities to realize their dreams—no matter how big or small. Therapy care covers the Western Sydney area surrounding Blacktown and Penrith. We currently have multiple roles for Support Workers with experience working with Complex Behavioural issues to work in a team to provide immediate support for our participants. In this role you will work in a 2:1 format to deliver specialized support for high medical and physical needs, ensuring dignity and independence are maintained through expert clinical guidance. If you have experience with Complex supports like extreme impairment, working in SIL homes or with Challenging Behaviors , we want to hear from you too. We provide a variety of support services and can offer other shifts during the day and evening to fill out your schedule.
