Sterling Premium Select Johnston in Lafayette, LA is hiring! We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in serving Acadiana and being a part of a successful family-owned and operated business. As a Lot Associate, you will maintain the dealership car lot to provide an organized, safe, and efficient means of viewing and maneuvering of vehicles. You’ll perform a variety of dealership responsibilities as it relates to vehicle and key check-in, and maintaining vehicle inventory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory of incoming vehicles (transport trucks and other deliveries) - Photograph vehicles and upload to company website - Keep vehicle lot organized per Manager direction - Safely maneuver and park vehicles in tight/crowded spaces, including larger and manual vehicles - Assist sales staff and customers while maintaining a professional environment - Work outdoors and remain on feet for extended periods (walking and standing) Qualifications & Requirements: - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Must be 21+ or have at least 3 years of driving experience - Comfortable operating all vehicle types in a busy lot - Strong communication and cus...
