Job Summary: Essential Functions: - Triages incoming inquiries in various mediums, while providing assistance to walk-ins and telephone inquiries. - Meets and greets patients and their families, providing individualized attention to patients’ needs. - Performs patient registration, ensuring accuracy of international demographics and financial data elements in the Hospital registration systems - Assist with special projects, including research and collecting data and interviews regarding national and international health providers. - Assists with data analysis for metrics. - Sends out routine communication emails in regard to visitors - All other duties as assigned Qu...
