Location: Fenton, MO Work Model: On-Site Schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F, Seasonal Join Our Team: UniGroup’s Seasonal Associate roles support critical business functions during peak periods. What You Might Support: Qualifications: Required - Assist teams with scheduling, coordination, and daily operational tasks - Provide customer or agent support through phone, email, or internal systems - Help track, document, and resolve issues in a timely and organized manner - Support data entry, reporting, or basic analysis tasks - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery - High school diploma or equivalent - 1–2 years of related experience (customer service, administrative support, operations, or similar) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Comfort learning new systems and processes Preferred: - Previous seasonal or customer-facing exper...
