POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Design & Project Management – Premium Brands, Europe & North Africa supports the delivery of design and project management activities across Marriott International’s premium portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director, Premium Brands, the role is responsible for managing renovation, conversion, and new development projects for managed, franchised, and company-owned hotels. The position ensures quality control, brand compliance, and operational acceptability within approved budgets and timelines. Working closely with Owners, Development, Brand, and Operations teams, the role oversees projects from concept through completion, contributing to strong stakeholder relationships and successful project delivery across the region.
