Casual Retail Assistant Role Purpose: Casual Retail Assistant (Supporter Experience Officer) are responsible for conducting the front-line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organisation, creating the ultimate shopping experience for members and supporters, and maintaining retail standards through back of house operations. Casual Retail Assistant will drive results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as a member of a winning team. Working within an elite sporting precinct requires professionalism and dedication to the role. Casual Retail Assistant are expected to work a casual schedule which can include days, nights, and weekends. Availability for Game Days preferred.
