TEAM-UP (National Task Force to Elevate African American Representation in Undergraduate Physics and Astronomy) is a national initiative led by the American Institute of Physics (AIP) that focuses on advancing equity, inclusion, and representation in physics and astronomy. In this role, students will help design and implement initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and support student success within the department. This includes contributing to programs such as workshops, discussions, and community-building events.
