Job description

The Shift Leader is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during assigned shifts, managing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining food safety standards, a clean restaurant, and a positive work environment. The Shift Leader supports the General Manager and Assistant Manager in driving operational success and upholding company values. Key Responsibilities: Leadership ? Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members. ? Demonstrate commitment to WKS Values: Integrity, Loyalty, Winning, Service, and Teamwork. ? Enforce uniform and grooming standards and ensure compliance with workplace conduct policies. ? Communicate effectively with management and team members. ? Promptly report claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, bullying, workplace violence, or other inappropriate behavior to the District Leader and Human Resources. Operations Management: ? Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and cash handling. ?
