Position: Maintenance Manager: Location: Prescott Place Apartments - Columbus, OH Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation Pay Rate: $29 - $31/hour (based on experience), plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives Who You Are: - 1+ year of first-hand maintenance experience in a residential or multi-family setting - Strong knowledge and troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair - HVAC and Certified Pool Operator REQUIRED - Comfortable using computers and maintenance software for work order tracking and communication - Ability to install and repair major systems such as water heaters, toilets, and HVAC units - Experience completing work orders efficiently while maintaining ambitious standards for property appearance - Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred; ability to guide and support a maintenance t...
