Astreya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Telecommunications Engineer. This position is responsible for the independent design, implementation, and technical management of telecommunications projects, balancing technical execution with project leadership, including contract development and stakeholder representation. The engineer is well versed in Microwave, LAN/WAN, RF technologies and serves as a bridge between high-level project goals and detailed design, ensuring that all solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with both immediate needs and long-term infrastructure health. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Technical Design & Engineering Strategy Conceptual Design: Develop conceptual designs, construction packages, and innovative solutions for challenging technical issues. Standards & Compliance: Create designs in compliance with all applicable standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
