Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: This role will lead AHN’s digital hospital services and oversee the Patient Command Center, advancing innovation in virtual care, telehealth, and centralized patient transfer operations. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless patient access, improved clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency across the network. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform management responsibilities to include, but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, and manage the day-to-day operations of the team; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; manage to assigned budgets.
