Location: Henry Hood Center For Health Research Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Fixed Term (Fixed Term) Exemption Status: No Job Summary: Under the supervision of an experienced Project Manager or designee, responsible for assisting with coordination of research projects. Perform day-to-day research project activities such as recruitment database searches, mailings, recruitment calls. Schedule research appointments, maintains study documentation, specimen management and tracking (supply ordering, preparation of clinical research lab kits, packaging/shipping of clinical specimens, etc.), data collection and entry, study tracking and reporting, and subject reimbursement processing and tracking. Job Duties: Work is typically performed in an office environment. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
