Your Title: IS Help Desk Technician Job Location: Ulm, Germany: Our Department: Corporate Information Systems: About the Role: We are looking for a Help Desk Technician Contractor for the Ulm Transporeon Office / Germany. The position is a Temporary position for a duration of 6 months. The IS Help Desk Technician is an employee who will work on specialized tasks and also work together with the Help Desk team in providing quality technology support under the direct supervision of the IS Help Desk Supervisor/Team Lead. Not only do you provide help desk support services, but you are also at the front line of our department and maintain the image and credibility of the department as a whole. Critical core competencies for this position are customer service, professionalism, communication, and technical skills. The focus for this position is on computer replacements of end users and all the related activities for the lifecycle. What You Will Do: You will support a variety of end-users and software developers onsite in our Ulm office and other Germany based locations.
