Description Company: Mill Creek: Position Title: Traveling Superintendent: Job Classification: Salaried/Full-time: Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (or as job dictates) Location: Remote/Various job sites - mostly Kansas area Primary Accountabilities: The Mill Creek Superintendent will help plan, manage, and execute all aspects of assigned projects. This position will be responsible for managing material and equipment, assisting with people management, ensuring documentation is complete and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. Makes decisions within defined limits of authority and consults supervisor on other decisions. U.S. citizenship is required for this opportunity. This position does require travel where required, and a corporate card issued for travel expenses. Major Duties: - Maintain clear lines of communication between project managers, client personnel, subcontractor, and vendor personnel.
