This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location posted. No relocation is offered. Location: Dallas, TX Overall Purpose: Leads and optimizes the sourcing of highly complex technical products and services that are critical to AT&T’s technology transformation. Drives enterprise sourcing strategies that deliver cost savings, contractual integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while enabling innovation and scalable growth. What you’ll do: Designs and executes sourcing strategies that directly support AT&T’s technology transformation and cost reduction objectives. Leads critical sourcing programs and large, specialized teams, with accountability for talent decisions including hiring, performance management, and compensation.
