Sales Performance Motivator & Coach Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually: We are looking for a high-energy, people-driven Sales Performance Motivator & Coach to ignite and develop two of the most important teams in our business: our Sales Consultants and our Call Center team. This role is for someone who walks into a room and raises the energy. Someone who can command attention, spark belief, build confidence, and make people want to be better.
