Job Title Strategic Pricing Manager (all genders) Job Description: In this role, you have the opportunity to own and shape strategic pricing for the Monitoring business end to end. You will define pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and execution across the portfolio to drive profitable growth, improve margin performance, and enable better commercial decision‑making. Acting as a trusted business partner to commercial and leadership teams, you will translate customer value into price, drive discipline in decisions, and embed scalable, best‑practice pricing ways of working. Your job: Own and develop the pricing strategy across product lines, markets, segments, account types, and channels Translate business strategy into clear price architectures, guardrails, price corridors/floors, approval thresholds, and escalation paths Define price positioning based on customer value, clinical and economic outcomes, competitive dynamics, and growth objectives Support pricing decisions for new products, software, services, and lifecycle offerings from concept through launch and optimization Co‑own pricing governance, including exception handling, approval workflows, and decision documentation...
