From leading engaging activities to welcoming new residents, you’ll help create an environment where people don’t just live… they belong. - Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna – Gretna, NE What You’ll Do: Think part event planner, part community builder, part joy-instigator. - Lead daily activities, events, and group programming that residents genuinely look forward to - Help plan and execute a monthly lifestyle calendar full of variety and engagement - Welcome new residents with orientations and interest inventories to help them feel at home from day one - Build meaningful relationships and rapport with residents - Keep lifestyle spaces and supplies organized, clean, and ready for action - Support wellness and exercise programs as needed - Collaborate with the team to identify additional services or support opportunities for residents - Communicate any changes in resident condition to the care team fo...
