Job Description: The Assistant Manager ensures proper functioning facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of the building maintenance technicians in the performance of routine, emergency, and preventative maintenance on a variety of utilities (gas, water, sewer, electrical), commercial kitchen, and building electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
