Job DetailsJob Location: TX-LEGACY - Houston, TX 77066Job Description and Characteristics: Under supervision of the Principal Engineer, Engineering Manager, or Engineering Director, employee will perform fundamental engineering tasks related to the design, development, and manufacturing of gas lift products intended for downhole artificial lift applications. Must possess basic engineering and mechanical ability to gain the expertise required to meet the company’s engineering needs. Person to learn and become proficient in gas lift, chemical injection and additional equipment design and manufacturing related to company business. Create engineering layouts for form, fit, and functional checks in assemblies. Perform theoretical pressure and tensile calculations as needed for development of certain products. Perform testing and prepare design files for API validations as well as for standard products. Manage standard operating processes associated with product launches and ECN. Work on engineering projects as assigned by supervisor, which will include having prototypes built, assembling and testing prototypes to an agreed upon test procedure.
