Job Description Title: Board Governance & Administration Manager Reports To: Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director Date: April 2026 FLSA Class: X Exempt Non-Exempt Department: Governance Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Application Deadline: May 7, 2026 Position Overview: The Board Governance and Administration Manager provides support to the Board of Directors and the CEO/Executive Director. This position manages the board elections, committee appointments, the Board’s online Web presence, and maintenance of associated databases. This position also provides administrative support to the Society’s Engineering Technology Honors Society, Tau Alpha Pi and general support to the Society’s office space. Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Board of Directors - Organizes board meeting agendas. - Provides administrative support to the president of the board assisting the Secretary of the Board/CEO. - Develops and publishes minutes at board meetings. - Schedules board meetings, executive committee meetings, and finance committee meetings. - Collects content for board agendas. - Maintains board records and tracks completion of board and associate staff tasks. - Maintains board committee...
