Primary Scheduled Hours: Days, 80 hours per pay period Job Summary: The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) provides executive leadership and strategic oversight of clinical and ancillary service lines including Medical Imaging, Rehabilitation, Laboratory Services, Clinic Operations, Pharmacy, and Residential Care, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, compliant, and patient-centered care. The CCO is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring clinical strategies, policies, and performance initiatives that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and community healthcare needs. The CCO partners closely with executive leadership, medical staff, and clinical leaders to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across all clinical service lines. Essential Job Functions: Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, medicine, healthcare administration or related healthcare field Required Licensure / Certifications: Licensed healthcare professional (e.g., RN, MD,DO, PA, NP, or other applicable clinical licensures).
