About the job: The gSO Ads AI Programs team's purpose is to ensure that AI and automation initiatives within gTech Ads activate their full business impact. The team works to drive these efforts from initial conception to sustained realization through seamless technical development execution, risk management, and strategic alignment. As the Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will serve as a critical bridge between engineering execution and business strategy. You will discuss technical trade-offs with software engineers as you explain automation ROI and strategic narratives to executives.
