POSITION DETAILS: Classification Title: Instructor: Working Title: Adjunct Instructor Department: Music: FLSA Status: Exempt Salary Range: Commensurate with experience Pay Basis: Annually POSITION OVERVIEW: JOB SUMMARY: The UWF College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach private lessons, method courses, and general education music appreciation courses. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Holds at least the master's degree in an appropriate specialization or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.
