Director of Operations - Healthcare | Miramont Behavioral Health | Middleton, Wisconsin About the Job: Large scale project management experience of in-hospital construction projects HVAC and Electrical - outside contractor labor management Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, along with State and Federal Regulations in a healthcare setting The Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the overall maintenance and compliance of the buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment of the facility. Areas of responsibility may include two or more of the following functional areas: safety, security, maintenance, facilities, materials management, and housekeeping. Serves as the organization’s emergency management and safety officer. Supervises and coordinates activities of the department staff. Serves as Life Safety and Security Officer. This position is onsite at the facility and is not a remote position.
