Reward & Mobility Specialist

Job description

Your Impact Reporting to the Senior Manager, Reward and Mobility, this role supports the delivery of remuneration and benefits, mobility, and reporting activities across the Oceania business. Working across both operational and project-based initiatives, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to manage employee mobility processes, support reward programs, deliver reporting and analytics, and contribute to key reward initiatives and system improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Support the delivery, administration, and governance of remuneration and benefits activities across the business - Manage domestic and international employee mobility including defining processes and providing relocation and mobility support. - Deliver reporting, salary analysis, data validation and remuneration insights - Support remuneration review activities, salary surveys and job evaluation processes - Maintain integrity, accuracy, and governance of remuneration related data across systems and processes - Contribute to reward initiatives, reporting enhancements and process improvement activities including opportunities to lead projects. - Support policy governance and reporting...
