About this role As a Senior Manager of Content Design, you will help shape Carrier products and services with straightforward, human, and clear UX/UI copy and information architecture. From ideation through implementation, you'll partner with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to plan and create the content for a wide variety of experiences. You’ll lead and grow a team to continually improve the content, establish and evolve Carrier’s product voice and content standards to align with our Air Design System. The perfect candidate has a versatile skill set that helps them plan, write and establish content and patterns for multiple channels and personas—including interaction flows, product orientations, design documentation, system nomenclature, application messaging, product guidance, brand messaging, and more. You should be equally adept at high-level design and hands-on writing and have a thorough understanding of design thinking and user experience.
