The Vice President, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading Vertiv’s global talent acquisition strategy to support the company’s growth agenda. Reporting to the CHRO, this role integrates strategic workforce planning, talent market intelligence, and disciplined execution, while building a data-driven, performance-oriented Talent Acquisition function. This leader will partner closely with senior and executive leadership to translate business priorities into forward-looking talent strategies and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all hiring types — including volumetric, niche skill, executive, and early career hiring.
