The Opportunity: The Business Development Associate plays a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships with Mortgage Managers while driving the growth of quality lending opportunities through the Third-Party Channel. This position combines strategic business development with hands-on relationship management to enhance the company’s distribution network and deliver superior service to partners. Reporting to the 3rd Party Distribution Manager, this role is responsible for originating new business, representing the brand externally, and being a proactive partner to Mortgage Managers. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of non-bank lending, credit structures, and broker networks.
