Title: Education Architect, Int Location: UK or Poland: About the role: As an Education Architect, Int, you help customers get the most out of their Blue Yonder solutions. You deliver engaging, hands-on training for new and existing customers, develop and update courses and materials using real-world scenarios, and make learning practical and memorable. You stay on top of solution updates and industry trends, and work closely with Product Management, Product Development, and Professional Services teams to keep training relevant and impactful. This role directly influences customer adoption and success while growing your own expertise in training delivery and contributing to key learning metrics, including customer satisfaction, training quality, and adoption outcomes.
