TITLE: Mechanical Engineer POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our plastic manufacturing processes and equipment. This position requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, a strong background in plastic manufacturing, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. QUALIFICATIONS: - College diploma. Bachelor’s degree preferred or similar in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in mechanical engineering within the plastic manufacturing industry. - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and other engineering tools. - Strong knowledge of plastic materials, molding processes, and manufacturing equipment. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
