In this role, you will take a consultative approach to managing a portfolio of accounts with a clear focus on achieving revenue goals. You will own the full lifecycle of renewals and upsell opportunities, proactively guiding each opportunity while balancing the needs of both the customer and the organization. You will play a key role in the strategic management of your account portfolio while also ensuring customers receive strong day-to-day service and support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking strategically, and staying closely connected to client needs. By leveraging strong interpersonal skills, you will develop trusted partnerships with customers and brokers, creating collaborative relationships that lead to stronger outcomes for customers, partners, and the business. This is a client facing role supporting Central Texas , with a strong in person presence in Austin and San Antonio .
