POSITION SUMMARY: Marathon Petroleum Company LP has an opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor position at its refinery in Garyville, LA. The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Refining Supply Chain Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for developing warehousing strategies and coordinating warehouse activities in support of the facility, specifically those activities for projects and turnarounds. This position will directly supervise contracted warehouse techs. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: - Provide oversight in the execution of daily warehouse operations, including the handling of goods receipts, goods issues, picklists, cycle counting, stock put away, logistics and quality control & assurance. - Coordinate contract employees responsible for handling and processing materials and supplies, ensuring that the expected standards of job performance and safety are met. - Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and Supply Chain in developing warehouses proces...
