Job DetailsJob Location: Globe Office - Globe, AZ 85501Position Type: Part TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly TITLE: Father’s Peer Support Specialist: HOURS: 20 hours per week, some evenings, weekends (as needed) SUPERVISED BY: Director of Community Impact SALARY: Part-Time, $19/hour: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Father’s Peer Support Specialist is responsible for creating and facilitating Support Groups for Father’s who have participated or are associated with a pregnant and parenting mother who has participated in the AZYP Linking Actions for Healthy Mothers and Babies (LAHMB) program. Collaborate with LAHMB Staff to register participants. Participate in the LAHMB Consortium. Schedule and facilitation of Father Peer Support Groups. Provide encouragement and support to participants to engage in activities. Attend and complete peer support certification trainings as required. Facilitate group discussions, module presentations, and role-playing activities with fidelity to selected programming. Facilitate Father Peer Support Groups.
