Role Summary: As the latest member in the Connected Car- and Charging Team at Hyundai Connected Mobility, you will be responsible for developing and running our EV charging solutions. You support the definition of the roadmap and manage actively partnerships. You also monitor the KPIs and recommend solutions in terms of pricing and product offering accordingly. You also get the chance to work on future projects like smart charging or V2G and pave the way for the future of mobility. We want you to: - Execute and deliver elements of the strategy and roadmap for the Hyundai Connected Mobility’s EV charging solutions in Europe - Develop and execute the overall roadmap for the Charging solutions in Europe - Run the current Charging services and secure continuity according to the defined SLA and with high NPS - Exploit synergies between charging solutions - Analyze current level of services and initiate improvements - Conduct continuously market research & competitor benchmarks - Support integration of new Charging services and features, e.g. Smart Charging, Vehicle to Grid (V2G) - Collaborate with cross functional teams such as Product, Pricing, CX, R&D, Marketing and Customer Service t...
