Overview The Senior Coordinator, Player Relations is responsible for supporting the legal and compliance functional area of Player Relations. Responsibilities: - Support sporting-related processes, including player transactions and MLS Club roster and salary budget management - Coordinate sporting administration and compliance processes (e.g., immigration, player registrations, sporting-related payments) - Maintain and update database of transaction agreements - Support compliance investigations and enforcement efforts - Assist in both intra-League dispute resolution and League involvement in sporting-related disputes before international bodies (e.g., FIFA Football Tribunal) - Liaise with League stakeholders, including within the League Office, with MLS Clubs, and across the broader soccer landscape - Support interpreting and administering League Rules - Assist in preparing for and executing MLS events Qualifications: All applicants must submit a cover letter with their application; submissions without a cover letter will not be considered. - Bachelor’s degree - 2-4 years of experience as paralegal or similar role in a law firm or business Required Skills: - Deep knowledge and int...
