About the Job: The Recruiting Operations Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of recruiting at FieldAI, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s fast-paced hiring efforts. This individual will own interview scheduling, candidate experience, recruiting operations, and ATS management, while acting as the connective tissue between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
