About Anderson Injury Lawyers We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (Chinese/Mandarin) Legal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist with organizing case files, communicating with clients in both languages, and facilitating a variety of tasks in the prelitigation phase of personal injury cases. About the role: Client Communications: - Assist in communicating with clients to gather initial case information, update them on case status and address inquiries - Maintain a positive and client-focused approach in all interactions Case File Organization: - Aid in the organization and maintenance of pre-litigation case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Assist in tracking and updating case information in the case management system Document Preparation: - Assist in the preparation of necessary documents for case evaluations, including summaries, timelines, and client communications - Ensure that all documents are properly labeled, files, and accessible for case managers Medical Records Coordination: - Support in coordinating the retrieval of medical records and bills relevant to pre-litigation cases - Liaise with medical providers to gathe...
