Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and completing remodeling and renovation projects at Glen Eyrie Castle & Conference Center and Eagle Lake Camp. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the unique demands of hospitality environments. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Manage small to mid-size projects from start to completion, i.e. roof replacement, small building renovations, HVAC upgrades, etc. - Plan, coordinate, and manage maintenance and improvement projects across guest areas, meeting spaces, kitchens, and back-of-house facilities. - Supervise contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality project execution. - Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues. - Manage project budgets, timelines, and procurement of materials and services. - Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, warranties, and service agreements. - Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure. - Ensure all...
