Analyst to Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking Oslo: SEB has the leading ECM franchise in the Nordic region, originating and executing transactions for our corporate and financial clients across our Home Markets in Europe and the US. The ECM acts as the link between the bank’s corporate clients and our institutional investor clients, both directly and through our sales force, in a wide range of transactions such as IPOs, accelerated placements, rights issues and private placements. We are now scaling up our team, and we are therefore looking for an Analyst to join us in Oslo. About the role: - As an analyst in the ECM team, you will support the team in equity market analysis, data analysis, and creating presentations for origination efforts, as well as assisting with ECM transaction execution. - Early on, you will take on responsibility and have the chance to meet with corporate and institutional clients. The position includes working alongside experienced professionals based in Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen, and London.
