Position Summary The Senior ServiceNow Developer is responsible for advanced platform development, enterprise integrations, and ongoing optimization of the organization’s ServiceNow environment. This role serves as a senior technical contributor within IT Service Management, providing hands-on development expertise while guiding junior developers, partnering with architects on solution design, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations across enterprise instances. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance ServiceNow functionality using server-side and client-side scripting, including Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Scheduled Jobs Design and configure Service Catalogs, Catalog APIs, Order Guides, ACLs, Roles, Workspaces, and UI Builder interfaces Build and customize Employee Center, portals, widgets, and Angular-based UI components to support business requirements Create and maintain REST and Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer solutions, SubFlows , and Integration Hub actions, including custom integrations and automation scripts Implement and manage notifications, templates, mail scripts, dashboards, reports, and perfo...
