This is a key technical role supporting critical line of business systems, in a complex demand lead service, with an annual spend of £30m per year. The role involves the day to day monitoring and maintenance of business systems to ensure their effective operation. There is also a key focus on providing technical support to staff and supporting the introduction, embedding and monitoring of system related changes. We are looking for someone who has excellent technical and data management skills, and is passionate about learning new technologies and applications to support the development of the Assisted Transport Service.
